The 2006 campaign's goal was to announce to the users the NF services certification of the Orleans Tours line. In 2007, during the renewal of the certification, the quality management team wished to thank its agents for their involvement. Our creation should have included two dozen agents. It was impossible to keep track of the personnel geography. The Puzzle concept has allowed us to highlight each person, and to understand that it was the collaboration of many, all sharing the same ambition, who granted us the opportunity to renew the certification. A professional photograph has traveled along the line for 2 days to catch the certification workers in action.
